ACA-HUD REHABILITATION STANDARDS

In accordance with the provisions identified in CHN's HUD-ACA contract, CHN will repair all HUD-ACA properties to ensure that they conform to the highest of the following standards:

1) HUD "General acceptability criteria" as specified in HUD handbooks 4905.0 and 4150.2.

2) Applicable state and local building codes.

3) The rehabilitation standards identified in CHN's ACA Business Plan.
